Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.healthierme.ai (the “Site”) and any membership plans offered through it, operated by Sucher Entertainment, LLC (“HealthierMe,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.
Not a substitute for professional care
HealthierMe is a demonstration and organizational tool, not a medical provider. The AI features on this Site (the wellness chat, photo triage, Medical Bill Analyzer, and Medical Record Vault) are demos that generate AI-based responses and are not medical, legal, financial, or billing advice, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Always consult a qualified professional for real health, legal, or billing concerns, and seek emergency care immediately for any urgent or emergency medical issue — do not rely on this Site in an emergency.
Membership plans and billing
Individual: $29/month.
Family: $49/month.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Square; by subscribing, you also agree to Square’s applicable terms for the payment.
Memberships automatically renew each month and are billed to the payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we do not provide refunds or credits for the unused portion of a period you’ve already paid for.
We may change membership pricing or features going forward; we’ll give you reasonable notice of any price changes before they apply to your next billing cycle.
Membership benefits fulfilled through partners
Some membership benefits described on this Site — including telehealth visits, prescription/vision/dental/lab discounts, concierge appointment scheduling, wearable integration, and annual health reports — are, or will be, delivered in coordination with third-party licensed providers and partners, not directly by HealthierMe. Availability, scheduling, and the specific terms of those services are subject to the partner providers’ own terms, licensing, and availability in your state. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep this Site’s description of membership benefits accurate and current, but if a specific benefit isn’t yet available for your location or has different terms, the partner provider’s terms control.
Free demo use
Each AI demo feature on this Site offers a limited free use before requiring an active membership to continue. Free-use status is tracked in your browser’s local storage; clearing your browser data resets it.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to create a membership. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to bypass the free-use limits through automated means, submitting content that infringes others’ rights or violates law, or attempting to interfere with the Site’s security or normal operation.
Your content
If you upload a photo or type a message into one of the AI demo tools, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you authorize us to relay it to our AI processing partner solely to generate the response shown to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store, log, or review this content — see the Privacy Policy for the full explanation of how this works.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by HealthierMe or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its AI features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthierMe and Sucher Entertainment, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or a membership if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Site and cancel your membership at any time as described above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post changes on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
